About Ignite

Ignite Business Coaching was founded by John Sipple. John is a coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience across service, manufacturing and distribution industries ranging in size from $15 million to $3 billion in revenue. These organizations include Sony, Arrow Electronics and Medrad, a Malcolm Baldrige award winning manufacturer.

Background
Prior to founding Ignite Business Coaching, John held leadership roles in Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Operations. Some of his leadership positions included CFO, COO, Director, and Controller, where he led and developed teams ranging in size from 15 to 200 team members.

His philosophy is simple and direct. Ignite will help you clarify your goals and define concrete steps to get there.

John’s hands-on experience, coupled with coaching and consulting tools, allows him to develop programs that help individual clients, teams and organizations to:

Qualifications
John has a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Additionally, he has earned a Professional Coaching Certificate from Duquesne University, an accredited International Coach Federation program. Coaching ethics are very important to him, as evidenced by his role on the International Coaching Federation’s Ethics Committee.
